Hi. I'm Chloé, and I'm an ordinary citizen.
I started working when I was 11. Since then I've worked in ten different industries and moved about 24 times. Along the way I've come to know and love people from every background, every income level and every kind of life.
That's why I built this. It's meant to protect everyone from a small number of people who have spent billions trying to decide for the rest of us: who gets to vote, how the votes are counted, and what our daily lives look like. Some of them have said openly that democracy should be replaced: by a single "national CEO," which one of their leading thinkers admits "is what's called a dictator," and by private cities run by companies instead of voters.
Our system was built so that all of us can choose people from our own communities, people we know and trust, to represent us. That's what this project is here to protect.
This comes from a neighbor, not an organization. I have people I love in every one of these spaces, and I don't want any of them living in the world that's coming. I want all of us to be free, with the same real chances in life: not handouts, but a hand up.

For months I've mapped the people funding, staffing and defending today's push to concentrate power in very few hands. The same names keep appearing across courts, elections, media, surveillance, defense and money. Every connection is graded by how strong the evidence is.
In short: right after ordinary people used the internet to inform each other, organize and elect a president, the network on this map started taking shape.
Before the internet, most people only knew what a handful of TV networks and newspapers reported. Then that changed. In 2008 a presidential campaign raised about half a billion dollars online, mostly in small donations, and organized millions of volunteers through social media. For the first time, regular people could check facts, find each other and organize at scale without anyone's permission.
Here is what happened next, on the record:
My read (analysis): the people with the most to lose from an informed, organized public couldn't shut the internet down, and they needed it to win the global technology race. So they set out to win the races, the courts and the platforms instead, and to flood the new public square with noise. Tech billionaires, legal activists and party operatives didn't always work together, but they shared one interest: keeping power, money and influence in their own hands. That shared interest is the plan this map traces: ending democracy's threat to their wealth and power. By democracy, I mean all of us.
Where Donald Trump fits (my read): he isn't the architect. He's the vehicle: a candidate who could win the votes the plan needed, and who has been willing to go along with it.
Thankfully, the plan shows cracks. Those cracks are what led me to this research, and to this map.

In short: the same names keep turning up across courts, elections, media, surveillance and money. Seen together, the pieces add up.
Most people meet these stories separately: a court ruling, a media sale, a surveillance contract, a donor retreat. Each looks like its own story. Put the names side by side and the same people keep appearing, funding one piece, staffing another, defending a third.
Several of the people at the center have described, on the record, the country they want, and in the most explicit versions voters decide nothing at all: power goes to a "national CEO" and to privately run cities. Taken one at a time, those statements are easy to wave off. Mapped against the money and the moves, they are much harder to dismiss.
This project has one job. It puts the connected picture in front of people who can still act on it, including reporters, state officials, congressional staff and voters, before the November 3 election. After that, it gives a new House majority a ready-made roadmap for investigation.
This isn't about left versus right. It's about whether decisions over your rights, your money, your ability to own things and build something for your family, your safety, your property, and your ability to choose people from your own community to represent you (and to vote them out) stay with you. Power that answers to voters keeps courts fair, markets predictable and neighborhoods livable, at every income level.
I know these things have felt beyond reach for a long, long time. That's what this map tracks, and it will give you clarity. The resources were always there; they've just been hoarded by a few.
How this was researched. Months of work: thousands of pages of articles, notes, court records, public statements and official filings, and hundreds of hours of documentaries and video. Every fact was checked against other sources before it went on the map. I questioned myself constantly and stayed open to being wrong.
In short: money doesn't buy you a vote in a system run by an owner or a "national CEO." The cameras, the market shocks and the attacks on institutions reach comfortable neighborhoods too.
A great deal of money goes into persuading comfortable people that this movement protects them. The actual, verified record points the exact opposite way.
The governing models this network promotes hand decisions to a founder, an owner or a "national CEO," not to voters and not to ordinary shareholders. Próspera, a private city in Honduras backed by a Thiel-funded fund, is run by a company and is suing the Honduran government for about $10.7 billion after the country moved to end its charter.

Flock Safety sells license-plate cameras to homeowners associations as well as police, and federal immigration officials have searched Flock data through local departments. Larry Ellison has said that under constant AI recording, "citizens will be on their best behavior."

The April 2025 tariff announcement erased trillions of dollars in stock value within two days. The President then tried to fire a sitting Federal Reserve governor; the Supreme Court stopped it in June 2026.

Executive orders went after major law firms by name; a federal judge struck one down as unconstitutional. A 2025 national security directive, NSPM-7, tells agencies to investigate networks and funders tied to "anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity."
New Zealand citizenship and lakefront land (Thiel). About 98% of the island of Lanai (Ellison). Estates on Miami's guarded "Billionaire Bunker" island (Bezos). A new private city on 55,000 acres of California farmland (backers include Andreessen and Reid Hoffman). A hardened military complex beneath the White House that Congress never authorized.

The strategy: permanently end democracy's threat (and by democracy I mean all of us) to a handful of people's power, money and influence.
They're being overwhelmed on purpose. Steve Bannon, who ran Trump's 2016 campaign and was his White House chief strategist, described the method in 2018: "The real opposition is the media. And the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with shit."
My read (analysis): the flood isn't only aimed at you and me. It hits police, the military, elected officials and even foreign allies, all at once, so the systems that protect us can be taken apart in the background until we can't vote them out.
If you've been confused, scared or hopeless, this is for you. I know it seems backwards, but I feel calmer now. It's scary, yes. But you have to know what's going on in order to solve it, and we can actually solve this, including by getting these people away from positions of power. They talk about the rest of us like vermin. We're not. And people are working on this, including me.
In short: if the presidency opens up for any reason, JD Vance takes over the same day, with no new election. If both offices are empty, Speaker Mike Johnson is next. Both are tied into this network, and both have already acted on its agenda.
The order is set by the 25th Amendment (vice president first) and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 (then the Speaker of the House).
Those counts are only what I could document. These people work to keep their networks and plans hidden, so the real numbers are likely higher. Seven domains is plenty.
This isn't only going to voters. It's going to the people we elected, who can act on it. I know each of them is only one person, and I'm doing everything I can to get this in front of everyone who matters. That includes you.

In short: the tools to track where you drive, what you earn, where you get care and who you organize with are being joined together, and a 2025 directive already names the kinds of groups to investigate.
Why the walls were there. For fifty years, U.S. law kept your records apart on purpose. After Watergate, Congress passed the Privacy Act of 1974 to limit how federal agencies share files about you, and in 1976 it made tax returns confidential after President Nixon's White House tried to use the IRS against its enemies. Separate systems meant no one official could see your whole life at once. Those are the walls now coming down.
Picture it plainly. A few years from now, enough people decide they want this network out of power and start organizing to vote it out. Here is what is already built or ordered:
Analysis: none of these tools is limited to immigrants or "extremists." Once tax, health, travel and association records sit in one searchable system, the only safeguard is who controls it, and whoever controls it decides who counts as a threat. A movement to vote them out could be mapped, from its organizers to its donors to where it meets. That is why this has to be settled while voting still decides who holds power.

In short: people without stable housing, health coverage or savings can't easily take time off, organize or push back. Those are exactly the things being squeezed.
My read (analysis): a public with no cushion has no time, money or energy left to organize. The same network that profits from the squeeze is the one asking to be trusted with power. And what's happened so far is only what they think they can get away with while still winning your vote through the media smoke screen. It gets worse once they no longer have to worry about being voted out.
In case you're wondering if I'm a "handout" person: that conversation is more complicated, and it absolutely has to be had. But our whole society is better when we give people a hand up. This network is giving all of us a smackdown, one way or another.

I'll be blunt. You may have real concerns about drugs, the border, crime, or gender and what kids are taught. I can tell you without a sliver of hesitation that the network in charge is not solving any of them. It keeps them burning. Don't take my word for it:
Trump pardoned about 1,500 Jan. 6 defendants (Jan 2025) and 77 people tied to the fake-elector effort (Nov 2025). In Oct 2025 Trump pardoned Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, who had pleaded guilty to anti-money-laundering violations, after Abu Dhabi's MGX paid for a $2 billion stake in Binance using USD1, the Trump family's stablecoin.

In Dec 2025, Trump pardoned former Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández, convicted in a U.S. court in 2024 of conspiring to import cocaine into the United States. Meanwhile the federal addiction agency was cut, and the 2025 budget law cuts Medicaid, the largest payer for addiction treatment.

I don't want to leave you scared and not knowing what to do. Here are some resources I've come across along the way, many of them run by members of our communities who care about the people around them, often without being paid to do it. People like you and me.
Do your own research. Find candidates who represent you: your hopes, your hopes for your kids, your values, your empathy, and your desire to see the world around you grow and change for the better. And the best part: if they don't turn out to be who you thought, you can vote them out, just like it should be.
And go to your county clerk's elections office too. They answer questions, and they always need volunteers.
We can fix this, but only if we do it together. We need community-driven decisions, led with dignity, not hurt, despair, chaos and apathy.
This is independent work. I quit my job to do it. I'd been researching on my own time, trying to understand why so much of what was coming out of the government made no sense, and why my feeds were filling with fake posts and bots. The more I dug, the more ties and connections I found. So I gave myself a few months to figure out what it was, and whether I could help. I had no idea it would turn into this.
I've spent my savings getting this far, and I'm asking individual people, not organizations, to fund the next four months.
